Ingrédients :
- eau
- cassonade
- pâte à tarte
- pommes pelées et vidées
Préparation :
- Dans un plat allant au four je me fais une sauce genre sirop avec de l'eau et de la cassonade.
- Je dissous ça puis je pèle mes pommes, enlève le coeur.
- Je remplis le trou avec une cuillère de cassonade.
- Puis j'enveloppe la pomme dans de la pâte à tarte.
- Je dépose les pommes enveloppées dans le plat avec le sirop.
- Je fais cuire ça à 350, 30-45 minutes jusqu'à ce que la pâte soit dorée.
c'est même super bon réchauffé... moi j'aime même mieux ça ;-)))

Essayez avec du mascarpone que vous mélangez avec la cassonnade et un peu de muscade + canelle. Servir avec un sucre à la crème. Miuuuuuuum!
